Day schedulle​

We enjoy long breakfast around 8:00 loading up with energy for a long day in mountains. 

We usually leave the house around 9:00 and either we take a short ride to the location or start adventure right out the door.

If there is a more ambitious plan for the day we might plan earlier departure for lost goats group to match with return time of the fika-group. 

We are back 15:00-17:00.

During the evenings beside enjoying dinner together, we stretch and roll with soft roller, play board games, chill together, do sauna (if available), It is good to prep snacks and pack for next day to have more relax morning.

Day in mountains

+ Fika-group (blue line)

18km, 1000m+, 5-6h

+ Lost Goats-group (red line)

29km, 1800m+, 6-7h

Both groups start together and hike up Langeskavlen up to the glacier. Lost-goats-group is usually keeping faster pace. Fika-group goes down the same way and Lg takes extra tour off trails but because they are faster, all should arrive aproximately at the same time.

We always have several options of routes in order to be flexible and adjust to runners apetite and fitness level.

Which group to choose?

Our two groups and variety of routes accommodate for wide range of fitness level, from casual joggers to seasoned ultra runner. For each day you can pick a different group, it is very flexible set up.

Fika-group - basic fitness level is required, which means that you run 1-2 times a week and you feel comfortable with 10km distance. Pace is not important. Typical routes for this group are between 10-20km.

Lost-goats-group - good fitness level is required as well as experience with running both trail and off-trail, which means that you run several times per week and completed long races or adventures on foot. This group is moving much faster and typical routes are between 20-35km with significant elevevation gains and technical terrain.
