The Ultimate Bob Graham Challenge Location: Keswick, Lake District Duration: 7 Days (3 Days Scouting + 1 Day Prep/Rest + 24hr Attempt) Distance: 106 km | Total Ascent: 8,200 m CONTACT US IF YOU ARE INTERESTED Fitness level: You need to be well prepared physically and mentally, be skilled to move efficient in technical mountain terrain. During this week we will cover 130-160km and over 10000m+. Weather conditions in Lake District can be rough with strong winds. PRICE: it is estimated for the moment and might change +/- 10% Guide during the trip: https://nationalrunningshow.com/profile/charles-sproson There will be 2h education/briefing with Charlie about BGR, mountain safety etc before the trip. ------------------------------------------------- PART 1: The Guided Scouting Phase The secret to a successful BGR isn't just fitness; it’s route familiarity. Your guide will show you the "optimal lines"—the sheep trods and hidden paths that bypass unnecessary bogs and scree. Day 1 - 3 Getting familiar with most of the segments, called Legs. It means we will run/hike substantial volume with lots of elevation change. ------------------------------------------------ PART 2 - rest Day 4: Rest, fuelling, preparation and planning ----------------------------------------------- PART 3: The 24-Hour Attempt Day 5: You will set off from the steps of Moot Hall (traditionally at midnight or early morning). We will split in tempo groups depending on participants and it is obligatory to have a witness on each top. This means that we need to run in groups all the time. Paid guides are not accepted during the attemt so we follow map, gpx file and memory from recconnaisanse days. ---------------------------------------------- What’s Included - 2h education/briefing for local veterans - expert local guide: a BGR veterans that completed over hundred of rounds - logistics support: van support during the scouting. - GPX & Maps - accommodation 7 nights - breakfasts and dinners every day - transfer from the airport Not included: - flight - there are cheap flight to Manchester, if booked early it cost around 1500-2000SEK - energy/fuel for time in mountains

1. Sign-up fee as well as full payment for the trip is not refundable. It is fine to change the name of the participant anytime before the trip. 2. Lost Goats AB will make efforts to ensure safety of each participant during the entire trip. However participants of the trip are traveling and running at their own risk. Lost Goats AB are not liable for any injuries and accidents that may occur during the trip. It is the responsibility of each participant to make sure that they have the appropriate insurance to travel and run in mountains. 3. Lost Goats reserve the right to cancel the trip (e.g. not enough participants, unforeseen external factors) If this is the case participants will be refunded 100% of their payment. Participants do not hold any right to any further compensation for a canceled trip. Things can happen and we will try our best to accommodate any unforeseen changes. Lost goats reserve the right to change the itinerary if we see that we cannot perform the trip in a safe way.
