Join our running weekend to explore Kullaberg peninsula, meet new running buddies and learn how to become a better trail runner. There are two seasons that are the most beautiful to enjoy Kullen: spring and autumn and when running is most enjoyable with very little tourists. For whom this trip is suitable? For beginners as well as season runners. During two days you will experience scenic trails of Kullaberg and gain knowledge on how to train and recover better. We will adopt pace to satisfy all in the group and not leave people behind and will decided based on participants if we need to split in smaller groups. Whatever your pace is - it is a good pace, we make sure everyone feels included during the day out. Included: guided running, breakfasts, lunch, dinners (no dinner on Sunday) Excluded: transport, energy during the day, beverages ----------------------- FOOD We cook vegetarian, nutritious breakfast and dinner for each day (except Sunday). Examples of usual menu: Breakfast - Oatmeal, chia pudding, eggs, bread, cheese Dinner - pasta with pesto, rice and curry, burgers, burritos ----------------------- ACCOMODATION 2 nights in house in Mölle just by the trails and 5 min down to the water. There are 3 room with 2 beds, amazing sauna and vintage coffee machine that we will serve specialty coffee. ----------------------- ITINERARY: Friday afternoon 15-19 - check in 19 - dinner 20 - optional, sun-set run to the light house (take your headlamp) Saturday 8-9 - breakfast 9-12 - run 12-14 - Lunch 14-18 - segment hunt/strength training/rolling 19 - pizza night at Mölle Krukmakeri (one of the best pizzerias in Sweden) ' Sunday 8-9 - breakfast and check out 9-11 - run - hill session/how to use poles 11-13 - lunch outdoors 14:00 - 17 - run or training session 17 - Good Bye and drive home ----------------------- PACKING LIST Must have: - Own energy / gels for the run - Running vest - Running clothes suitable for weather (can be very cold) Recommended: - Headlamp - mini first aid kit - Extra pair of trail shoes - Gloves - Buff - Waterproof running pants

1. Sign-up fee as well as full payment for the trip is not refundable. It is fine to change the name of the participant anytime before the trip. 2. Lost Goats AB will make efforts to ensure safety of each participant during the entire trip. However participants of the trip are traveling and running at their own risk. Lost Goats AB are not liable for any injuries and accidents that may occur during the trip. It is the responsibility of each participant to make sure that they have the appropriate insurance to travel and run in mountains. 3. Lost Goats reserve the right to cancel the trip (e.g. not enough participants, unforeseen external factors) If this is the case participants will be refunded 100% of their payment. Participants do not hold any right to any further compensation for a canceled trip. Things can happen and we will try our best to accommodate any unforeseen changes. Lost goats reserve the right to change the itinerary if we see that we cannot perform the trip in a safe way.
