Escape the ordinary and discover the majestic wilderness of Hemsedal mountains. This is more than just a run—it's an unforgettable trail adventure through one of the world's most breathtaking landscapes. Included: transport with mini van, guided running, breakfast and dinner Excluded: energy during the day, bevarages TRANSPORT Mini van to and from destination to a selected pickup/drop off point. Usual pickup points: Växjö, Alvesta, Halmstad, Gothenburg, Oslo ----------------------- FOOD We cook vegetarian, nutritious breakfast and dinner for each day. Examples of usual menu: Breakfast - Oatmeal, chia pudding, eggs, bread, cheese Dinner - pasta with pesto, rice and curry, burgers, burritos ----------------------- ACCOMODATION 4 nights in a stuga in the mountains. You will be sharing smaller or bigger room with others. If you would like to book private room it is possible with additional 1500sek but first come first served. ----------------------- GRUPS There are usually to tempo/distance group: Lost goats (30-50k daily) and fika-group (25-30k daily). You can change groups during the trip. Routes are prepared but adopted acc to weather, snow conditions, participants. ----------------------- ITINERARY: day 1 Van leaves Växjö at 06:30am Pickup in Halmstad 09:00am Pickup in Göteborg 11:00am Stop for Lunch and buy food Arrival at destination 20:00pm Dinner & night run day 2, 3 and 4 Breakfast 7:30 or 8:00 Day in the mountains Dinner 18ish or later day 5 Early morning run Departure - 9-10ish drop off at the same points ----------------------- PACKING LIST Must have: - Own energy / snacks for the day - Running vest / backpack 10-20l - Waterproof running jacket - Windproof running jacket - Extra wool / other warm long-sleeve - Running clothes suitable for weather (can be very cold) - Rescue blanket - Headlamp - Power Bank Recommended: - mini first aid kit - Extra pair of trail shoes - Gloves - Buff - Waterproof running pants - Hiking/running Poles - Blister patches - Sun screen, Sun glasses - Soft Roller (if you have one)

1. Sign-up fee as well as full payment for the trip is not refundable. It is fine to change the name of the participant anytime before the trip. 2. Lost Goats AB will make efforts to ensure safety of each participant during the entire trip. However participants of the trip are traveling and running at their own risk. Lost Goats AB are not liable for any injuries and accidents that may occur during the trip. It is the responsibility of each participant to make sure that they have the appropriate insurance to travel and run in mountains. 3. Lost Goats reserve the right to cancel the trip (e.g. not enough participants, unforeseen external factors) If this is the case participants will be refunded 100% of their payment. Participants do not hold any right to any further compensation for a canceled trip. Things can happen and we will try our best to accommodate any unforeseen changes. Lost goats reserve the right to change the itinerary if we see that we cannot perform the trip in a safe way.
