This is a special trip where we will take a night train all the way to Enafors and take off directly from the station into mountains for long adventure. The aim is to cross most amazing mountains of Jämtland visiting peaks of Sylarna, Helags and continue via Lunndörsfjällen, Öttfjället and hopefully reach train station in Undersåker in time to catch train home. There is possibility to take a bus from Vålådalen to skip the last part in case of emergency or fatigue. Runners are expected to move efficient in mountains and be comfortable with 30-50km per day. Included: transport with train with sleeping place. We have one extra ultra-light tent to borrow (first come first served) Excluded: food (we carry own food or buy in mountain huts) TRANSPORT Train with sleeping places both ways ----------------------- FOOD We will cook in wilderness so you need to take dry food or buy on the way in Fjällstation (Sylarna, Helags, Lunndörrstuga) We will have burners and gas but you need own food, cutlery, bowl, cup. ----------------------- ACCOMODATION mountain mossa, take own light weigh tent. We have one extra ultra-light tent to borrow (first come first served) ----------------------- GRUPS We will try to move in one group but if there is a big difference between runners we will split into 2 groups ----------------------- ITINERARY: day 1 night train day 2, 3 and 4 (run, sleep, eat in wilderness) day 2 (40km) Enafors- Sylarna: pass Sylarna STF and buy food (30km), climb Sylarna and find a camp (10km) day 3 (30-40km) Sylarna-Helags: pass Helags STF and buy food, climb Helags (optional extra 8km), sleep 10 km after Helags day 4 (45-50km) the hardest day - pass to Lunndörren, Lunndörstuga (food), continue 10km to find a camp. day 5 (35km) Ottfjället-Undersåker - it is optional - there is option of bus (self booking) run to catch the train in the afternoon night train ----------------------- PACKING LIST (this is just a draft) Must have: - light weigh tent, sleeping mat, sleeping bag - Own food and energy - Running backpack min 20l - Running clothes suitable for weather (can be very cold) - Rescue blanket - Power Bank Recommended: - mini first aid kit - Gloves - Buff - Waterproof running pants - Hiking/running Poles - Blister patches - Sun screen, Sun glasses

1. Sign-up fee as well as full payment for the trip is not refundable. It is fine to change the name of the participant anytime before the trip. 2. Lost Goats AB will make efforts to ensure safety of each participant during the entire trip. However participants of the trip are traveling and running at their own risk. Lost Goats AB are not liable for any injuries and accidents that may occur during the trip. It is the responsibility of each participant to make sure that they have the appropriate insurance to travel and run in mountains. 3. Lost Goats reserve the right to cancel the trip (e.g. not enough participants, unforeseen external factors) If this is the case participants will be refunded 100% of their payment. Participants do not hold any right to any further compensation for a canceled trip. Things can happen and we will try our best to accommodate any unforeseen changes. Lost goats reserve the right to change the itinerary if we see that we cannot perform the trip in a safe way.
