- Running vest / backpack 10-20l
- Waterproof running jacket
- Extra wool / other warm long-sleeve
- Running clothes suitable for weather (can be very cold)
- Rescue blanket
- Headlamp
- Power Bank
- First Aid Kit (if you plan to go Solo)

- Extra pair of trail shoes
- Gloves

- Waterproof running pants

- Hiking/running Poles

Olaf - The mind behind the epic running event Mossarun. Lives outside of Älmhult in the forest with his tractor, chainsaw and family.

Terms & Conditions
1. Sign-up fee as well as full payment for the trip is not refundable. It is fine to change the name of the participant anytime before the trip. 2. Lost Goats AB will make efforts to ensure safety of each participant during the entire trip. However participants of the trip are traveling and running at their own risk. Lost Goats AB are not liable for any injuries and accidents that may occur during the trip. It is the responsibility of each participant to make sure that they have the appropriate insurance to travel and run in mountains. 3. Lost Goats reserve the right to cancel the trip (e.g. not enough participants, unforeseen external factors) If this is the case participants will be refunded 100% of their payment. Participants do not hold any right to any further compensation for a canceled trip. Things can happen and we will try our best to accommodate any unforeseen changes. Lost goats reserve the right to change the itinerary if we see that we cannot perform the trip in a safe way.
What's included?
Price: 6490 SEK
Transportation- to and from destination to a selected pickup/dropoff point.
We drive vans from Växjö towards Halmstand and up on the West Coast. Usual pickup points have been: Alvesta, Halmstad and Gothenburg.
Food - We cook and provide you with breakfast and dinner for each day. These meals will be vegetarian.
Example of what we usually provide
Breakfast - Oatmeal, chia pudding, eggs, bread, cheese
Dinner - pasta with pesto, rice and curry, burgers, burritos
Accommodation - 4 nights in a stuga in the mountains. The stuga has 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Bunk beds and shared bedrooms.
Running Groups - We try to accommodate for all preferences and running levels. So we split into 2 to 3 groups for each day.
We plan the routes in advance for each level.
